On Pro, DuesBox emails members a heads-up a week before renewal, a note on the due date, and a follow-up if the date passes. Members already on automatic payments only get the heads-up — nobody is nagged for money that's already scheduled to be collected. Every reminder is logged so the same person is never emailed twice for the same date.

- Yes. The Free plan has no member limit and no time limit. - Can members pay by card?
- Yes. Your club connects its own payout account, and members pay on their personal dues link. If a member saves their card, DuesBox charges it automatically each renewal, so you stop chasing. Card processing fees are charged by the payment processor at their standard rate — DuesBox does not take a cut of your dues.
- What about members who insist on paying by check or cash?
- That keeps working. You publish your own payment instructions, they show on every member's dues page, and you record the payment in two clicks. The member's renewal date rolls forward automatically when you do.
